Cuvee Royale Marchesi Antinori


The must was subjected to the first alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation in the bottle in contact with the yeasts took place in the following 36 months.


Pale yellow color, creamy foam with fine and persistent perlage. On the aromatic level, notes of white-fleshed peaches, bread crust and yeasts are perceived. Remarkable balance and liveliness typical of Brut. The ideal serving temperature is between 7 and 9 ° C. Cuvée Royale comes from the selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes from Tenuta Montenisa, for a cuvée with an unprecedented and precious harmony, with great expressiveness and elegance. The stay on the lees enhances its intense aroma with notes of white peach, bread crust and yeast. It has a pale straw yellow color and a creamy froth with a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is balanced and enhances the typical liveliness of Brut.
