HISTORICAL DATA

Tenuta Montenisa is located in the heart of Franciacorta, around the Borgo di Calino, near Lake Iseo. The vineyards surrounding the villa owned by the Maggi family have been the heart of the production of Marchese Antinori Franciacorta since 1999.

Vinification

The must was subjected to the first alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation in the bottle in contact with the yeasts took place in the following 24 months.

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow color, creamy foam with fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fragrant and immediate, with floral and fruit notes that recall apple and white pulp peach. THE WINE

Marchese Antinori Blanc de Blancs is produced from the best Chardonnay grapes and in some cases a small percentage of Pinot Bianco, for an elegant cuvée with a refined freshness. The long stay on the lees gives the wine a lively floral, fruity profile with great balance and finesse.
