HARVEST PERIOD: last ten days of August
VINIFICATION: after the fermentation of both types of grapes, the wine ages in used wood for about 7 months, with weekly batonnage. Not filtered and not clarified.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: fine and persistent perlage, deep straw yellow color with particular golden reflections. Intense nose, with hints of brioche and vanilla. In the mouth it is strong and balanced, with an extraordinary freshness.
PAIRING: ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood, fish dishes and white meats.
