GRAPES: Pinot Nero and Chardonnay
TYPE OF VINIFICATION: classic method
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 – 8 ° C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.
Obtained from the vinification of grapes which, thanks to the altitude, ripen slowly in order to produce very particular aromas, it is disgorged after a period of aging on the lees of at least three years. The sparkling wine poured into the glass has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The perlage is very fine and very persistent. The aromas of great intensity and complexity are mainly reminiscent of wildflower honey and spices, toasted dried fruit and bread crust. In the mouth you can feel the structure of Pinot Noir that goes well with the fragrance of Chardonnay. The aftertaste, long and persistent, recalls fresh and savory sensations.
Excellent as an aperitif but above all – for its undisputed personality – it represents an excellent way to accompany all courses with class
